Finger Food - The Art of the Appetizer

The appetizer appeals to today's refined tastes - dazzling our eyes and exciting our palates with one tiny bite. Organizing a lunch or dinner with finger foods requires time and planning but the result for your guests and you as the host can be astonishing!
Chef Andrea Marconi is offering two encounters on the art of finger foods - savoury and sweet. The first will guide us through the selection, preparation and presentation of a selection of savoury morsels that could well make your next party the talk of Rome.
Chef Andrea proposes a menu that will include:
- Insalatina di pollo saltato e
crema di melanzane affumicata- Insalata di farro con fruitti di mare e
salsa a la menta- Ciliegina di pachino con caponatina mediterranea
al pesto con mozzarella di bufala e gorgonzola- Polpettine di maiale alla Salvia con
cipolla rossa brasata al vino
