"Yellowface" by Rebecca F. Kuang has been chosen as the reading for the CCR Book Club's February meeting. This novel, which provides both an accurate and scathing portrayal of the contemporary publishing world, is a sort of thriller featuring the issues of plagiarism, rivalry between colleagues, and socio-ethnic diversity and cultural appropriation.
