CCR Wine-Tasting - November 24, 2011

Super Tuscans are on stage for the opening of the 2011-2012 CCR wine-tasting season. As you savour the taste, you will discover how international grape varieties, combined with traditional Italian grapes, have resulted in wines that exhibit the highest levels of aromas and complexities.

This is the first in a series of wine-tasting/lectures planned for 2011-2012. Each session will be given in French and Italian and focus on a specific theme related to Italian wines.

Daniele Maestri, well-known Italian sommelier and a favourite among CCR members for his knowledgeable and lively presentations, will again lead this lecture and wine-tasting. For those interested in ‘wining and dining’, Daniele is one of the editors of “Due Mila Vini”, a guide to Italian wines produced by the Italian Sommelier Association.
