CCR Book Club - February 23, 2019

Our next meeting will discuss the book "A Gentleman in Moscow" by Amor Towles. This much acclaimed historical novel is set in the aftermath of the Russian revolution. Published in 2016, the book quickly became a best seller and was proposed for numerous awards (although it did not win any). Given its popular appeal it's no surprise Kenneth Branagh is producing and staring in a TV series based on the book.

This time the meeting will be a luncheon and we're suggesting a Russian theme. As this book is set in Moscow and it describes a lot of food (the main character becomes a maître de in the hotel’s dining room), we're suggesting you may be inspired by the menus.
