Now You're Cooking Indian Under Pressure! - December 3, 2013

CCR's "Now You're Cooking" series is back!

For the first session this CCR year, we are going to combine two popular "Now Your Cooking" themes from the past: Indian and pressure cooking!

Indian food, while delicious, can often be a long cooking process involving several pots. In this session we'll show you how to make a Chicken Biryani in just one pot -- the pressure cooker. This is a huge time and energy saver, plus the flavours really soak in and make it all the more delicious!
