An Evening of Song - January 31, 2015

Our next outing will be an evening enjoying live music at a Via Veneto area club! Fellow Canadian and CCR member Tonia Szkurhan, who many of you will remember from last year's Canada Day picnic, is a young singer who has been studying and performing in Rome for over a year now. She's joining forces with San Francisco native and singer/songwriter Lucia Comnes for what promises to be a great concert at the beautiful Josephine Bistrot.

Their set will include popular, rock and folk music, including some Canadian classics. Marco Piazzolla will be accompanying them on guitar.

When: Saturday, January 31, 2015
Time: 8 p.m.
Where: Josephine Bistrot, Via L. Bissolati 34 (near the American Embassy and Metro Barberini).
Cost: €15 for the concert and the aperitivo including a drink and the appetizer buffet.
