Now You're Cooking Northern Indian Specialities! - October 20, 2014

Join the CCR for a lesson in cooking some favourite dishes from North India. To start off with, we learn how to prepare Samosas (vegetarian and beef) while we enjoy a glass of prosecco. Then, for the main course, we'll prepare and enjoy Saag Paneer (spinach with home-made cheese), Tandoori Chicken, and Daal Makhani (buttered lentils), served on basmati rice with a side of Cucumber Raita (cucumbers in a yoghurt sauce) and, for the daring, hot pickles.  Carrot Halwah (prepared in advance) will be served for dessert.

Please bring paper and pens to take notes! Note that the main course and dessert contain milk. Space is limited so book right away!

Where: CCR member's private residence in the Vittorio Emanuele area. Exact address will be sent to confirmed participants. 
Cost: CCR members 10, guests 20. Includes meal.
