The Canadian Club of Rome welcomes the holiday season at the breathtaking, four-star boutique Hotel FortySeven this year! Our menu for this joyous occasion, prepared by celebrated Chef Vito Grippa, will include:
A glass of Prosecco and light canapés on the terrace
followed by a formal, sit-down dinner of
Prosciutto di Parma with pear salad seasoned with Chianti Classico and petals of caciocavallo cheese
Cavatelli pasta with datterini tomatoes, traditional Roman guanciale and DOP Pecorino Romano cheese
Tagliata (thick-sliced, prime beef steak) with wild rocket salad and flakes of Parmigiano Reggiano
Semifreddo dessert with Manjari chocolate and fruit sauce
Wine, water and coffee included
