2021-2022 Official Club Season Opening - September 28, 2021

We can finally return to our traditional season opening party in the gardens of  the Official Residence of Canada's Ambassador to Italy, now that effective measures are available to contain the pandemic. H.E. Alexandra Bugailiskis has graciously agreed to open Villa Grandi to the Canadian community and their guests once again.

Our caterer and her team follow procedures that perfectly respect all health and safety requirements. Servers wearing personal protective equipment will serve food and drinks upon request (no direct participant contact with buffet).

Where: The gardens of Villa Grandi, the Official Residence of the Ambassador of Canada to the Italian Republic, Via di Porta Latina (exact address will be sent to confirmed participants only). Street parking only.

Cost: CCR members €35 each, guests €40 each, including all food and drinks (open bar). The cost of participation for members has been kept low thanks to our sponsor, Air Canada Italy!  Advance payment required.

N.B. This event is open to guests only if accompanied by fully paid and registered CCR members.

Security: Mandatory registration of all participants. Please note that due to security requirements we will need the full name of each person attending at the time of booking. Also, you are required to have photo ID on the evening of the event. Anyone not on the list will be denied admission.

COVID-19 Safety Measures: When checking in at the residence gate, security guards will also check that participants have proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID test within 48 hours of the event. Guests will also be required to wear masks (nose and mouth coverings) at all times when not eating or drinking and to maintain a safe distance from others (unless they are members of the same household).

Season Closing Party - June 19, 2018
